What Eventity is

Eventity is software for running communities: events and invitations, RSVPs, attendance, teams, roles, announcements, and records of fees, fines, dues, expenses and payments.

We provide the tools. Each community is run by its own Head and admins, who decide its rules, events, fees and members.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code (or a PIN you set). Keep your phone and PIN to yourself: actions taken from your account are treated as yours.

Give accurate details. You can update your profile, or delete your account, at any time from the app or the Delete your account page.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Eventity. Under 18, use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Community plans and payment

Creating a community needs a monthly subscription: the Individual or the Organization plan, at the price shown in the app or on this website for your country when you subscribe.

Each plan includes every feature listed for it, within its limits (members, events a month and member lists). The Organization plan adds online payments and your website.

A subscription renews monthly until it’s cancelled. If a renewal isn’t paid, the community is suspended until it is; its data is kept.

Payments are processed by payment providers (for example PayFast, Google Play or the App Store). Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices may change. A change applies from the next renewal after we announce it, never to a period already paid.

Money inside a community

Event fees, fines, dues and contributions are set by each community and paid by its members to that community, not to us. The community is responsible for them, including refunds.

Where a community collects online payments through its own payment-provider account, that provider’s terms also apply.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Eventity for anything unlawful, to harass or impersonate anyone, to send spam, or to collect money under false pretences.

Don’t try to break, overload or get around the app’s security or limits, or access accounts or communities that aren’t yours.

We may suspend or close an account or community that breaks these terms, after telling the people affected where we reasonably can.

Your content

Names, photos, posts and other content you add stay yours. You let us store and show them to the people they’re meant for, only to run the service.

You’re responsible for what you post, and for having the right to post it.

Our service

We work to keep Eventity available and accurate, but it’s provided “as is”: it can occasionally be unavailable, and we can’t guarantee it will be error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for losses caused by a community’s own decisions, or for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We’ll show the new date here, and tell you in the app if a change matters to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
